I think we can speak for everyone when we say WOW. God showed up big time at Champions Centre over these past few days.
252 Conference was incredible; life changing, watershed moments with encouraging and motivational messages from our very own pastors Jodi Gerald-Cameron, Brandon Stewart, Samuel Deuth and Todd Griggs, as well as amazing guest speakers! Pastor John Morgan and Alli Munsey brought the word, and John Gray BROUGHT DOWN THE HOUSE - almost literally - when he challenged and inspired the JOSIAH GENERATION in us all.
Please take a moment and share with us your defining "watershed moments" at conference this year: the moment in time where you were forever changed. Share your experiences, favorite moments, revelations, broken chains... what did 252 do for YOU?
And what about FUEL? Pastor Kevin Gerald, Dr. Dr. Jim Reeve, Jentezen Franklin, Paul de Jong, Kent Munsey and John Gray spoke into our lives over the past three days, we spent a night of worship and prayer with Leeland and saw 150+ decisions for Christ.. we walked away forever changed from Fuel 2009, each and every one of us. Please take a moment and share your story by commenting below!
Thanks to all our amazing volunteers, and incredible leadership - Kevin and Sheila Gerald, without you, this week wouldn't have been possible. Thank you for investing your all into the lives of your church family. We're eternally blessed!

This 252 has been one of if not the best conference yet. I was never in the High School service when john morgan was here but I remember him as the funn talking, just plain-out funny guy who brought the word down hard and strong. When he came on stage it was just like old times with heartbreak hotel and hotel hallelujah. But God also impacted my heart in a whole new way. I think about Jesus every second now because of 252. Keep the good summers coming champions centre! -Colby Tricoli
ReplyDeletePersonally for me the best part of the conference was when the 252 youth stood up and recited the missing blanks in the verses about Josiah! I was so proud of all the 252 youth at that moment!-Melissa Hamilton
ReplyDeleteJohn Gray - and the 2 Chronicles 34 verse recited by the Youth - was BY FAR the most incredible thing I've ever seen, as I watched it happen in that morning's service... I loved spending time with 252, and watching them scale that wall to become the "Josiah Generation" that that verse speaks of. You could literally see lights coming on; tears were flowing and all of a sudden, everything just made sense. People were coming out the the soundbooth, standing in an "inner circle" of leaders ready for a revolution.
ReplyDeleteJohn Gray ROCKED our world Wednesday morning - I want to relive that moment again and again.
...and then Pastor Samuel did a backflip and honestly, how could it possibly get any better?
The watershed moment for me was when Pastor Brandon spoke on honoring those working beside us. The reasn it was so powerful is because Pastor Brandon models that better than anyone I've ever met!

P.S. I have to agree with my awesome wife - that was awesome when 252 recited the whole verse the last night!
252 this year was incredible. I went in asking God to interupt my life and he definitely did. My watershed moment came during John Gray. I've never had someone challenge everything I was doing so much and it really opened my eyes to "the war" that is going on for my generation. It was amazing. I definitely feel the presence of God around me daily. And in the 2 days I've been home I've had 2 friends who were pretty anti-church say that they would come with my to a wednesday night service. So I'm thanking God so much for how he impacted me and changed me at 252 this year. Definitely won't ever be the same again.
ReplyDeleteAnd seeing pastor john...wow. That was killer. I felt like I was 12 years old again. :]
